DAY 1: DEPART U.S.A

Depart this evening on an overnight flight to Warsaw.

DAY 2: WARSAW

Arrive at Warsaw Airport. Meet with your tour escort and transfer to the Divine Mercy Convent where St. Faustina first entered the convent. Holy Mass at the Shrine. Transfer to the hotel. Tonight we have a welcome dinner with folklore. Overnight Warsaw. (D.)

DAY 3: CZESTOCHOVA-WADOVICE- KRAKOW

Depart for Czestochowa for a guided tour of the Monastery by one of the Paulnian Brothers.  Attend the unveiling of the icon of the Black Madonna followed by a Holy Mass at the Shrine. After lunch, on your own, we travel to Wadovice, birthplace of Pope John Paul II, to see his birthplace and the local church where he was baptized and received first communion. Overnight in Krakow. DAY 4: KRAKOW

Start the day with Mass at Wawel Cathedral. Visit to Wawel Hill & Cathedral (Interior visit of the Cathedral) .Walk along Kanonicza Street, pausing at building number 21 “Deanery” where Pope John Paul II resided at while living in Krakow, we pass by the Churches of St Peter and Paul and St Andrew church to attend the opening of the Wit Stwosz altar at the Mariacki Church (St Mary’s church). Visit the Market Square and the Mariacki Church. After lunch on your own we continue with an afternoon guided tour of Wieliczka Salt Mines one of the wonders of the world! Over the centuries it has become a unique phenomenon with its nine levels of rooms and the magnificent altar carved out of salt. Overnight in Krakow. (B.D.)

DAY 5: OLOMOUC- BRNO

Depart for Lagwieniki to pray and celebrate Mass at the Shrine of Divine Mercy, where Pope John Paul II made a special last pilgrimage in 2002 to inaugurate the International Center of Divine Mercy Shrine. Karol Wojtyla came here as a young man to study and spent his life as a priest, bishop and archbishop of Krakow before he was called onto the Peter’s throne at the Vatican. After Mass we depart for Brno with a stop in Olomouc to see the Cathedral- St. Moritz Church, market square, and the Sanctuary of Our Lady. Overnight in Brno. (B.D.)

DAY 6: CESKY BUDEJOVICE- PRACHATLICE- PRAGUE

After a short guided tour of Brno, we depart for a full day tour dedicated to visit the first American Saint. Our first stop is Cesky Budejovice where St. John Neumann entered the seminary at the Dominican Monastery. Tour of the city includes the market square, town hall, black tower and cathedral. Just a suggestion for lunch, Chesky Budejovice brewery, where Budweiser beer was originally made. After lunch we continue to Prachatlice, birth place of St John Neumann .Visit St James church where he was baptized and received first communion. Overnight in Prague. (B.D.)

DAY 7/8: PRAGUE

Prague ranks as one of the most beautifully preserved cities in Europe, famous for its Gothic and Baroque architecture. Visit Hradcany to include Loreto Church Czech primate pilgrimage destination. Visit the Prague Castle district and St. Vitus Cathedral, Mala Strana. See the Church of Our Lady the Victorious with the statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. After Holy Mass at Our Lady the Victory, we cross the historical Charles Bridge built in 1400 and admire its Baroque statuary. In the afternoon we visit the old town which includes its famous astronomical clock, town hall, Tyn Church and the Jewish Quarter. Overnight in Prague. (B.D.)

DAY 9: RETURN TO USA

Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
