Accept Future Travel Credit

Accepting the Future Travel Credit is a simple process:

  1. ​Read through and accept the Future Travel Credit Policy by checking the box titled, “I acknowledge and agree to the additional terms and conditions of the future travel credit.”
  2. Indicate the trip you choose to use the FTC on, by listing the Destination, Group Leader, and Dates of the trip in the space provided.
  3. Click “Submit.”

There is no need to email or call us once you complete this task. Our team will process your request within 5 business days and send you a confirmation email once the process is complete. The email you receive will include a link to your new online profile for the new trip.

IMPORTANT: Your email to request an FTC is the first step in accepting an FTC. You must accept the terms and conditions AND choose a new trip by 11:59 pm Eastern time on December 15, 2023. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the FTC. This is an automated process and is irreversible.

 

Acceptance of Future Travel Credit

Please complete this form to acknowledge that you accept the Future Travel Credit and that you understand the Terms and Conditions of the Future Travel Credit. Please complete one form per person.
    Future Travel Credit Policy Future Travel Credits (FTC) may be used toward the purchase of a land and air package or land only package. It does not apply to air only. FTC are only eligible for a one-time transfer. They are non-refundable and non-endorsable. FTC can be issued only to the original travelers and can be used only for one trip. The entire value of the FTCs must be redeemed on one trip booking. The full value of the FTC may be applied to any European trip departing in 2024 or any Holy Land trip departing in 2024 or 2025. Any costs beyond the FTC value are the responsibility of the traveler. If the traveler uses an FTC to book a trip of lesser value they agree to forfeit the difference. All FTC used on trips to Europe expire December 31, 2024. Any FTCs used on trips to the Holy Land expire December 31, 2025. Any FTC which expires and is not used for travel is forfeited and has no cash value. All FTC must be applied to new reservations prior to the date of original departure or December 15, 2023, whichever is later. Please note that Select International will make every effort to accommodate your class of service (for those that chose to upgrade their air). However, we cannot confirm prices and availability until the time of booking, and there may be a difference in fare to accommodate your request.
  • Please list the Destination, the Group Leader, and the Date of departure. i.e. "Italy with Fr. Smith October 8, 2024"
