Join Fr. Joseph Tuscan on Pilgrimage to France

The Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers invites you to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime Pilgrimage to France from September 10–20, 2026. Join our National Director, Fr. Joseph Tuscan, and fellow Christian Mothers on a journey to explore historical and sacred sites connected to our mission.

Fr. Joseph was born in Columbus, OH, in 1967 and raised in Canton, OH. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Borromeo College Seminary in 1989. In 1990, he professed his first vows as a Capuchin Franciscan friar and later made his Perpetual Vows in 1993. He earned his Master’s degree in Theology in 1995 and was ordained to the priesthood in 1997.

His first assignment after ordination took him to Papua New Guinea, where he served for four years. On January 3, 2025, he was among the friars who received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of their service to the country.

Upon returning to the U.S. in 2001, Fr. Joseph ministered in various roles, including parochial vicar, pastor, and chaplain in both military and hospital settings. He also served in the Capuchin Province’s Custody of Puerto Rico.

Fr. Joseph currently serves as the Director General of the Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers, guiding and supporting Catholic mothers in their spiritual lives and family roles. In addition, he is engaged in full-time preaching ministry for the Capuchin Province of St. Augustine, offering retreats and reflection days for parishes, religious communities, and clergy. His talks and reflections can be found on various YouTube channels, and he has been featured on Catholic radio and television outlets.
