Today you depart on an overnight flight to Sarajevo.


Welcome to Bosnia! You are greeted at Sarajevo airport by our professional tour escort, and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon you have time to become acclimated to a new time zone. Tonight we have a dinner in a typical Bosnia restaurant in the Old Town. (D)

Arrival today at the Dubrovnik airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure to relax and become acclimated to a new time zone. You can also take a walk to the Old Town also called the “Pearl of the Adriatic” before meeting your fellow travelers and tour director for dinner.  Tonight we have a welcome dinner in a typical Dalmatian restaurant with local delicacies and wine. Today we have a city tour of the fascinating city, known to most as a devastated war zone. However Sarajevo has been rebuilt into a modern, cosmopolitan town, full of life and new promise. Following a city tour we depart toward Hercegovina, enjoing our drive as we pass through incredibly beautiful scenery. We arrive Mostar, where we have a walking tour and some free time to browse through the oriental Bazaar. Our overnight accommodations are in the small town of Medjugorje. (B.D.)


We have a morning in Medjugorje, before departing for Dubrovnik also known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”. We leave the inland and follow the Adriatic Coast to the southern part of Croatia. Overnight Dubrovnik. (B.D.)


This morning enjoy a walking tour of “Old Dubrovnik”; starting with St. Blaze church, the Rector’s Palace, Bell Tower clock, Orlando’s Column and the SponzaPalace. You will also see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with it’s Pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. After lunch on your own in one of the many small family owned restaurants along the narrow streets we depart for  Cavtat, and free time in the Old Town we depart for a picturesque ride along the Dalmatian Coast to a lovely seaside town along the Croatian Coast, called Cavtat. Tonight we have a performance followed by dinner in the town of Cavtat. Overnight Dubrovnik. (B.D.)


Today we depart for the neighboring state of Montenegro, where we visit the island town of Sveti Stefan, and Cetinje the hilltop home of the former Montenegran rulers. On the way back we stop in the charming town of Budva for dinner.  This atate is called Wild Beauty and you will appreciate this name as we drive along the narrow roads and magnificent hills.  Overnight Dubrovnik. Depart very early (8AM) to Split with good memories. The drive along the Dalmatian Coast is called the most breathtaking Europe and today you will see why. Upon arrival in Split, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic inner city, built around Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Overnight Split. (B.D.)


After breakfast, we head north along the coast to Trogir, the center of artistic activities, where scholars from around the world gather to study and paint. Our journey continues as we turn inland towards the beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park., listed in UNESCO’s World Heritage  sites directory. Here we enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation.  Overnight Zagreb. (B.D.)


We have a city tour of Zagreb the  Croatian capital, including  the  historic Upper Town, to see the St. Mark’s Church, the St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, the Parliament and the Government Palace. Afternoon at leisure. Tonight we have the second performance. Overnight Zagreb. (B.D.)


We head across the border into Slovenia to  Ljubljana,  capital of Slovenia, visiting the open-air market, the City Hall, Robba’s Fountain, the Three Bridges and the Parliament.

The afternoon is at leisure to shop and explore this gem of a city. Overnight Ljubljana. (B.D.)


Our morning sightseeing tour features the town of Bled with the lake-shore, and includes a visit to the Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. Balance of the day at leisure for optional activities, such as visiting the old church with a collection of religious art on a small island in the middle of the lake. We drive back to Ljubljana for our final performance followed by a  festive farewell dinner in a local restaurant with wine. Overnight in Ljubljana.  (B.D.)
