A Ministry of Pilgrimage
Be a Spiritual Director
Some pilgrimage groups need a priest to celebrate daily Mass, administer the sacraments, and offer pastoral leadership throughout the journey. If you feel called to serve, we would be grateful to hear from you.
How It Works
A Clear, Personal Process
Current needs change as groups and departure dates develop. Start by contacting Select, and our team will discuss the opportunities that are available now.
-
Confirm Your Availability
Let us know that you are interested and share the travel windows that could work for your ministry schedule.
-
Meet With Our Team
We will arrange a 30-minute phone or Zoom conversation so we can learn about one another, the group, and what the role requires.
-
Prepare to Travel
If the opportunity is a good fit for everyone, Select will place you with the group and coordinate the travel arrangements.
Faith at the Center
More Than Accompanying a Tour
A spiritual director helps a group receive the journey as a true pilgrimage. The priest’s presence keeps prayer, worship, and the sacramental life at the heart of each day while Select’s travel team manages the logistics.
Sacramental Leadership
Celebrate Mass and make the sacraments available according to the itinerary and the needs of the group.
Pastoral Care
Offer a prayerful presence, reflection, and encouragement as pilgrims encounter sacred places together.
Team Partnership
Collaborate with the group leader, local guides, tour manager, and Select staff throughout the journey.
