After departing Medjugorje, we will drive to Dubrovnik. Our 90-minute walking tour of the picturesque Old Town begins with a visit to St. Blase Church, where we celebrate Mass. We enter the city through Pile Gate and onto Stradun, the main street. Since the 13th century, this limestone street that crosses the width of the Old Town has been Dubrovnik’s main thoroughfare. Along it, you’ll spot countless elegant Venetian buildings that make walking here feel like you’ve traveled back in time. Continue to the Gothic and Renaissance-style Rector’s Palace, home to the History Department of the Museum of Dubrovnik. Next, we stroll by the iconic Bell Tower Clock and Orlando’s Column. To the left of this column is the Sponza Palace. Our final stop on the tour is the Dominican and Franciscan Monasteries. Enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many small, family owned restaurants along the narrow streets, with the rest of the day at leisure to explore the walled city on your own. We suggest taking the cable car up to Mount Srdj, with an amazing view of Dubrovnik. We celebrate new friendships and fond memories during the farewell dinner in a local restaurant tonight. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B. Special Dinner)
