Small Travel Gadgets That Make a Big Difference When Traveling
- Anker Travel Adapter: When traveling overseas, you will most likely need a travel adapter to charge your phone, camera, watch, or other devices. This one is excellent and works in many countries. It is small, charges quickly, and offers multiple outputs to charge multiple devices simultaneously.
- Airfly Pro: Flying with noise-canceling headphones, AirPods, or earbuds is great, but don’t you wish you could listen to the movie with them, too? Now you can. This device plugs into the plane’s entertainment system and transmits the sound to your Bluetooth earbuds, making flying a much more entertaining experience.
- Anker Prime Power Bank and Charger Combo: If you’re using your phone to take pictures, notes, and use maps, chances are you’re going to need to carry a backup battery. You’ll also need to carry a charger to recharge everything each night. Why not take care of both with one device?
- Rolling Square 6-in-1 Charger Cable: If you have 2 devices, chances are you need 3 different charger cables. Obviously, we’re exaggerating, but this single charger cord covers you for nearly any modern device. It can charge USB-C, USB-A, Lightning, and Micro USB devices.
- Nanobag Foldable Tote: Have you ever purchased too many souvenirs for friends and family? It’s happened to us. This little tote bag can be a real lifesaver when you need some extra space to carry everything home.
- Downy Wrinkle Releaser +: How they do it is a matter of speculation, but Downy Wrinkle Releaser + might as well be laundry magic in a bottle. A few sprays of this stuff and the steam from your shower work almost as well as an iron for getting out wrinkles. Seriously…magic.
- Tide Pen and Travel Sink Packs: This is a two-for-one. The Tide pen is the perfect handbag companion for when you spill a little coffee or dribble a little wine because your new friend timed the punchline just as you were sipping. Break out the Tide Pen, and you can rest assured that the stain won’t stick around. The Travel Sink Packs will let you wash your favorite shirt after a hot day of touring, so you don’t have to explain why everything in your luggage smells like a locker room.
- Wet Ones and Paper Towels: Having a few of these and a couple of paper towels in a zip-lock bag can save you a lot of trouble at an overused public restroom. Use your imagination, but keep these in your pocket or handbag.
- Heroclip: If you don’t know this already, you should NEVER hang your bag or backpack on your chair while eating (pickpockets love it when you do that), or on the floor in the bathroom (for obvious reasons). This clip lets you hang your bag on the table in front of you or over a door, and it even doubles as a way to attach that Nanobag to your backpack if it gets uncomfortable to carry.
- Reading Light: Let’s be honest, the reading light on the plane is about as useful as a cat door on a submarine. So bring your own light. This one packs small and stands on its own, making a great nightlight in an unfamiliar hotel room.
