Qualifications

  • Experience working within a remote Marketing Team
  • Knowledge of Google Workplace, Slack, and Project Management software

Group Pilgrimage Planner

Are you passionate about pilgrimage? Do you love to travel? Are you well-connected with your church, parish, school, or diocese? Do you want to expand and enliven your ministry? Are you looking to earn free travel and make money doing what you love?

Qualifications

Travel Agent

Are you an established Travel Agent looking to expand your business and help more Catholics travel? We need your help!

What You’ll Do

  • Manage group air reservations for groups of 20-200 pax
  • Price and book class upgrades as travelers request them
  • Arrange pre and post-trip FIT travel for interested clients
  • Other travel arrangements as needed

Travel Account Manager

Job Duties

Travel Account Managers work directly with our clients and suppliers on a daily basis. You will manage all aspects of a trip from inception to culmination. Your work will be challenging, demanding, and rewarding. You are the critical frontline for our business.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Communicate daily with Clients, travelers, suppliers, and ground services through email, phone, and mail
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and partners
  • Research and develop itineraries for several groups simultaneously
  • Proofread and edit brochures, contracts, and marketing materials that support your groups
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and registration software with confidential, financial and non-financial information
  • Tracking and reporting on registrations, reservations, tickets, events, payments, etc.
  • Being an on-call primary point-of-contact while groups are traveling
  • Occasional International travel for FAM trips, site inspections, or to accompany groups

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the travel industry
  • Public speaking experience
  • Account Management experience in the travel industry an advantage
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized detail-oriented team player with a customer-service approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and online applications (CRM tools, registration systems, etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Ability to travel internationally (Passport required)

Group Travel Coordinator

Group Travel Coordinators assist our Travel Account Managers in arranging all aspects of group travel. You will answer phone calls and emails, work with suppliers worldwide, and manage reservation systems and client data to ensure every traveler’s smooth and enjoyable experience for every client.

  • Assist Travel Account Managers with daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s objectives.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from travelers on your trips.
  • Communicate with suppliers and ground services through email, phone, and mail at the direction of the Account Managers.
  • Proofread and edit brochures, contracts, and marketing materials.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and registration software with confidential, financial and non-financial information
  • Prepare, pack, and ship travel documents.
  • Occasional International travel for FAM trips, site inspections, or to accompany groups

Requirements
