- Experienced international pilgrimage personally

Travel Agent
Are you an established Travel Agent looking to expand your business and help more Catholics travel? We need your help!
What You’ll Do
- Manage group air reservations for groups of 20-200 pax
- Price and book class upgrades as travelers request them
- Arrange pre and post-trip FIT travel for interested clients
- Other travel arrangements as needed

Travel Account Manager

Job Duties
Travel Account Managers work directly with our clients and suppliers on a daily basis. You will manage all aspects of a trip from inception to culmination. Your work will be challenging, demanding, and rewarding. You are the critical frontline for our business.
Responsibilities
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Communicate daily with Clients, travelers, suppliers, and ground services through email, phone, and mail
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and partners
- Research and develop itineraries for several groups simultaneously
- Proofread and edit brochures, contracts, and marketing materials that support your groups
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and registration software with confidential, financial and non-financial information
- Tracking and reporting on registrations, reservations, tickets, events, payments, etc.
- Being an on-call primary point-of-contact while groups are traveling
- Occasional International travel for FAM trips, site inspections, or to accompany groups
Requirements
- Proven experience in the travel industry
- Public speaking experience
- Account Management experience in the travel industry an advantage
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized detail-oriented team player with a customer-service approach
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and online applications (CRM tools, registration systems, etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Ability to travel internationally (Passport required)
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position in our office in Flemington, NJ.
