Thank you for completing your Future Travel Credit Insurance waiver. Please rest assured that we have received your information and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. This message is confirmation that we have received your waiver.

If you opted to file an insurance claim, a Travel Account Manager will be in touch with you for further instructions as soon as possible. Please be patient as we are processing several hundred cancellations, and each requires individual attention.

For travelers that chose the Future Travel Credit, please be patient as we need to collect information from every pilgrim registered for your trip before we can process the credits into the new trip dates. As soon as we complete migrating the Future Travel Credits, we will email you an invoice for your new trip showing your credit. The entire process may take up to three weeks, depending on how quickly everyone responds.
