Enrolling online has many benefits!

  • You begin getting important information about the trip within minutes
  • You can manage your profile, make changes, or view your invoice whenever you want
  • You enable Select and the Group Leaders to communicate with you more frequently and more comprehensively
  • You get email reminders of due dates
  • You can select how you want to pay
  • You have less paperwork to worry about

How to Enroll Online

Enrolling online is simple and easy!

  1. Choose your trip on our website and click on the image
  2. Click “Enroll Now”
  3. Pick your package in the dropdown menu
  4. Enter your name, email, and phone number, and add the same for your travel companion if registering together
  5. Select any Add-Ons
  6. Choose your payment method and make a deposit
  7. Within minutes, you will be notified via email that we have received your registration

Follow any directions in the email and be sure to complete required tasks as soon as possible. Some tasks are time sensative, like choosing Travel Protection, so be sure to read through each one.

Enrolling by mail takes time.

 

  • You are on the trip once we receive and process your registration and payment.
  • You must notify Select, in writing, of any changes
  • You need to keep track of your invoice and any payment due dates
  • You can pay by check

How to Enroll by Mail

Here is how to enroll by mail.

  1. Have the Brochure handy; you can download it by clicking on any trip on our website and then clicking the “Download Brochure” button.
  2. Download the “Registration Form” by clicking the button at the bottom of this column.
  3. Fill out the form (1 for each traveler), and be sure to specify the name of the trip and the “tour code” found on the brochure.
  4. Write a check or schedule a wire for the deposit. One check or transfer combining the deposits is fine for multiple people registering together.
  5. Mail the form(s), check, and photocopies of the picture page of your passport(s) to Select International Tours. The address is on the form and the brochure.
  6. Call Trawick International at 1-888-681-6272 or click HERE to secure optional Travel Protection within 10 days of registering.
  7. Watch for an email from Select confirming your registration for the trip. This typically comes within 1-2 weeks of receiving your registration. Be aware that US postal service delivery times vary by location and date, which may take some time.
  8. Make a note to pay your final balance by the due dates on the brochure. You will need to be sure it arrives on time.
