Join Fr. Stefan Djoric on Pilgrimage

Fr. Stefan Djoric is the parish priest of St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Serbia, he received his first theological degree from the College of Orthodox Theology in Belgrade. During his high school and college years, he made numerous pilgrimages to the Holy Mountain in Greece, which continues to serve as a profound source of spiritual inspiration in his life and ministry. His spiritual father is an Athonite monk from Simonopetra Monastery.

Fr. Stefan graduated from St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary, where he earned both the Master of Arts (M.A.) and Master of Theology (Th.M.) degrees. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Münster in Germany.

His greatest pastoral passion is inspiring the faithful toward a deeper spiritual and ascetical life rooted in the Orthodox Christian tradition. Fr. Stefan lives in Monroeville with his wife, Popadija Marina, and their two daughters, Saveta and Julita.
