1: Decide Where you Want to Travel and When

2: Give us a Call!

Call us at 1-800-842-4842. We’ll explain how trip planning works and the benefits of being a group leader.

3: We Create a Trip!

We will create a proposal for you to review, which will include the itinerary, trip pricing, inclusions, and terms and conditions. We explain everything in detail, so there are no surprises later. We can tweak the itinerary to get it just right for your group.

4: Start Promoting!

Call your friends, family, parishioners, and online acquaintances and let them know that it’s time to travel. We provide beautiful marketing materials, extensive promotional support, and proven ideas to help you fill your trip.

5: Work With Your Team!

Your Account Manager will assist you every step of the way; they will answer questions your trip participants have, collect payments, and issue documents. You will also work with our graphic designer, a marketing specialist and a customer experiences rep ready to support you and your group.
