Father Guy Noonan is Pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel Roman Catholic Parish in Saint Augustine, Florida. He has been ordained 48 years and has wide pastoral experience. In preparation for ordination, he earned a Bachelor’s/Phi Beta Kappa and Master’s Degree at The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. He also earned an international business degree in Normandy France, and finally earned a Doctorate in Theology summa cum laude at the Jesuit Centre Sevres in Paris, France.

Ordained in the diocese of Birmingham, AL in 2018, Deacon Chip serves as an active Deacon in the Diocese of St. Augustine since 2019. He served 5 years at St. Paul’s at Jacksonville Beach, FL and beginning Oct 2024 serves at St. John the Baptist, Atlantic Beach, FL.He continues to work full-time in the corporate world, and serves the community at St. John the Baptist, thru the Cursillo movement, Prison Ministry, Ministry to the Elderly and Men’s groups. He is married 39 years to Tina Magner with two married daughters and 3 grandchildren.
