Design Our Brochure

Roll up your sleeves and flex those artistic muscles. We want YOU to design the cover for our trip brochure. We will display all the entries and let your friends and family vote for the winning design. The winner gets a FREE trip to World Youth Day!

Please read through the Submission Guidelines entirely. Any submission not meeting the criteria in these guidelines will not be accepted.

Submission Guidelines

SIZE and QUALITY: All cover designs must be submitted as a 300dpi PDF document.

REQUIRED TEXT ELEMENTS: All designs must include the following:

• Title – World Youth Day 2023 Rome and Lisbon
• Dates – July 27 – August 8, 2023

REQUIRED VISUAL ELEMENTS: All designs must include the following:

• Archdiocese of Oklahoma City Logo
• World Youth Day Logo

Please note that our Graphics team will add the bottom block, containing the Select International Tours logo, contact info, and QR Code to complete your design.

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 10, 2022, at 11:59 pm EDT

All designs must be original compositions by the artist submitting them. The artist must be sure that they have the rights to all visual and text elements used in their design. They agree to grant Select International Tours and the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City ALL RIGHTS to use their design for marketing purposes.

The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City and Select International Tours reserve the right (at their sole discretion) to deny any design which presents a conflict of interest or might paint World Youth Day, the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, Select International Tours, or the Catholic Church in a negative light.
